Mood of the day:
Yay, day 06. I think we decided that we will go to at least 10 days which means I have to go out today for another huge produce run. Although I feel like we need less and less to keep us from getting hungry, I still want to try to consume as much green produce as possible. Its time to change up the menu a little bit? I'll have to get creative! My husband is whistling right now, that is a good sign!
On the menu:
water w mineral drops
water w lemon & cayenne & salt
smoothie:
1/2 papaya
1 young thai coconut
40 goji berries
2 t. noni powder
1 orange
juice 1:
20 dandelion greens
5 dark green kale leaves
1 celery head
1 cucumber
2 lemons
2 handfuls of sprouts
1 bunch of cilantro
1 bunch of parsley
juice 2:
2 beets
7 carrots
1 celery head
leftover purple cabbage
1 inch ginger
2 limes
3 endives
water, water, water
sprout salad w baby spinach, sprouted beans, olive oil and salt
blended gazpachio:
1 cucumber
8 tomatoes
1 italian white union
3 garlic cloves
1/2 c. water
1 red bell pepper
coconut 'yoghurt'
elderflower tea
in bed by 10.00 pm!
