Mood of the day:
Today I came to realization that I have the power to push junkfood thoughts out of my head by thinking about healthy foods! I started reading my raw recipe books and realized that all of a sudden all I cared about was healthy delicious raw food. No more french fries cravings. Its amazing! So to prepare for after the juice I started focussing on researching what raw food I want to eat after this cleanse. Its so refreshing!!

I found a delish recipe online for a face mask. I used 1/4 of a papaya (preferably green), some fresh aloe vera gel and some clay.
On the menu:
water w mineral drops
water w lemon & cayenne & salt
smoothie:
1 c. coconut water
2 kiwi's
1 pear
20 goji berries
2 t. yum berry powder
1 t. noni powder
2 t. lucuma powder
2 T. coconut oil
juice 1:
bunch of spinach
bunch of cilantro
bunch of parsley
2 red bell peppers
1 celery head
5 kale leaves
10 dandelion leaves
2 lemons
bunch of watercress
2 nubs of fresh tumeric
hot tea w fresh mint leaves
potassium broth w diced avocado, chopped cilantro,cayenne, salt and 2 T. of coconut oil
juice 2 (made 4 servings):
1 apple
greens tops from 4 fennels
1 cucumber
2 limes
5 white cabbage leaves
1 celery head
bunch of mint
salad w lettuce, sprouts, grated zuchini, olive oil and salt
BATH with epsom salts
in bed by 10.00 pm
